**ALL SPACES ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS, DON’T DELAY, MAIL YOUR APPLICATION AND CHECK BY JUNE 15, SPACE IS LIMITED; MAKE YOUR RESERVATION A.S.A.P. TO GUARANTEE A SPOT.
All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 8am with their vehicles moved to a provided off site parking lot. Under NO circumstances will late entries be allowed. Set-up the day before is encouraged. All items left will be left at the vendor’s own risk. A security guard will be provided for the evening prior to the show, patrolling the vendor section. All vendors must submit an application for approval. Show will run from 9am till 6pm

By signing this for, the undersigned ("Vendor") acknowledges and agrees that the Marilla Car, Truck & Cycle Show and affiliates assumes and have no liability for damages to or arising out of the sale of any of the Vendor’s Craft/Food items. The vendor further acknowledges that the Marilla Car, Truck & Cycle Show assumes and shall have no liability for damages to or arising out of the use of any display or equipment by the vendor. It’s volunteer or agent, the vendor agrees to and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Marilla Car, Truck & Cycle Show in connection with al claims for property damage or personal injury arising out of the negligence of the vendor. It’s volunteer or agents, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that it shall not be entitled to a refund from the Marilla, Car, Truck & Cycles Show in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or cancellation by the vendor for any reason.
